Call for Documentary Projects for Crossing Borders

For their joint and new international documentary programme Crossing Borders, the Eurasia-Pacific Documentary Training spanning from Europe to the Asia Pacific region and back again, Documentary Campus and EDN are calling for projects.

Crossing Borders is a three-part training programme where knowledge and networks are being exchanged. The first part of the programme takes place in June 2010 with a project development workshop in Shanghai. The second part will consist of a workshop further developing the participating projects and observing the Final Pitching Session of the Documentary Campus Masterschool in Leipzig in October 2010. Finally, all participants will pitch their documentary projects at Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival in December 2010.

The call is targeted at documentary professionals - authors, directors, producers - coming from Australia, China, Europe, Singapore and Korea who have experience in their domestic market but strive to work in the international field and make documentaries for an international audience.
