How To Register a Film

To register a new film for the Film Catalogue, Video Library, and Nordisk Panorama Market Online, go here and follow the instructions.

To add a trailer or full-length film to a previous registration, follow the instructions below:

Trailers:
Send a trailer (max. 3 min.) by email to Jing Haase with the following specs:

The file format must be Flash Video (file-name extension .flv)
Video must be compressed using the On2 VP6 codec with a bitrate of 400kb/s
Audio must be compressed in AAC or AC3, 44,1 khz sample rate, Stereo, bitrate 96kb/s
The frame rate must be 25 frames per second
The resolution must be 320x240 pixels (4:3 aspect ratio)
Films that are wider than 4:3 must have black bars (letterbox)
The film must have English subtitles or English version dialogue
Subtitles must be included within the picture

Posting a trailer is free of charge.

Full length films:
Send the following to Filmkontakt Nord, att. Jing Haase:

1 DVD copy with English subtitles or English version dialogue
A signed License Agreement. Download Agreement here. Read more here.

Filmkontakt Nord then digitizes your film and uploads it to Nordisk Panorama Market Online. The fees, to be paid upon receipt of invoice, are as follows:
Films less than 30 minutes in length: 300 DKK / approx. 40€
Films more than 30 minutes in length: 500 DKK / approx. 67€
